For me this software is really feasible to use and I can easily keep track of applicants throughout the entire hiring process.

I've run into a drawback with bulk-uploading resumes and I find that job titles with unsupported characters prevent imports until corrected

As a user I learn it fast and I see new hires adapt quickly. With little training I make them comfortable.
Cons
Occasionally I run into technical glitches but honestly that's normal for most applications. When problems do pop up, they get fixed really fast so it's not a major concern for me.

Pros
Before this I struggled with spreadsheets and I repeated tasks. Now I post jobs online and I move candidates easily and I view pipeline info quickly.
Cons
Honestly what's there not to like? There are a few minor interface adjustments that could make the experience a touch smoother but nothing has annoyed me enough to reach out, if it had, I would certainly have emailed the developer to request the change.

Pros
When access failed I contacted support and I followed screenshots. After steps I fixed permissions for my teammate.
Cons
I find that importing resumes doesn't always capture every detail from a candidate's document because of how the resume is formatted on the client's side. For example, when the phone number and email address are placed on the same line the system will often pull only one of those fields so I end up having to manually add the missing contact information.

“customizable and easy to use tool

For me it's attractive and fairly easy to use, I can tailor it to match our hiring process.
Cons
I was led to believe they'd build a specific customization for us or that the system would fit our workflow. That promise proved false. Because of that we paid for a whole year in advance and now we can't use the platform at all. When I raised the issue, the customer service representative told me, "I'm not indicating fault here. I am simply reiterating our policy that we do not offer refunds in instances such as this." He also added that they were "more than willing to work with you to show you how you might maximize the feature at your disposal to help you make advancements in your hiring process." We tried following their advice and adjusted our process accordingly but then we started seeing duplicate applications sometimes four copies of the same submission which created a ton of extra administrative work for us even though it was only a small campaign. Because of those problems, the system became unusable for any further campaigns, using it would have generated far more work than it would have saved. I can imagine it being a good value for other teams but for our situation it ended up costing us twice, the original fee and the additional expense and time we spent trying to make it work.
