Finally, I can manage recruiting, hiring and onboarding all in one place!
Cons
Honestly the onboarding process has been really tough for me. To archive all of our past applicants, I ended up doing several separate uploads and that pushed our setup time out by weeks.

“Simple team collaboration and posting
Pros
Adding specific hiring team members to jobs makes it simple for managers and interviewers to see candidate info. I can create and post roles easily and pushing listings to multiple job sites takes just one click. Monitoring candidates and reviewing communication with HR is simple and I can use templates for interviews, offers, rejections and adjust stages to match our workflow.
Cons
For a very small company like mine that only hires a handful of roles each year, the pricing felt too steep and out of reach.

“Organized candidate pipeline
Pros
I never lose track of anything and I can keep every candidate's details organized while tailoring the hiring pipeline to our needs.
Cons
Only someone in an administrative role is able to edit the social footprint on a candidate's profile which I wish a recruitment manager could also do because otherwise everything about the product works perfectly for us.

Pros
As HR Director I found this tool transformed how resumes are collected and processed. Integrating with our website gives me control and email communication is easy with reusable templates and automated notifications. The interface is clear and simple to navigate and I appreciate the helpful suggestions that improved our workflow. Customer support checks in regularly and I've seen my ideas implemented.
Cons
One feature I wish worked better is searching archived applicants. We've developed a workaround when we need to send a past candidate to a hiring manager but that process is clunky and far from simple. Also, there's no system-wide way to mark a candidate as ineligible for hire which would be useful for keeping everyone on the same page. Candidates who apply for several positions are grouped together but the system won't let you copy or share details between those linked applications, each occurrence needs to be updated separately and that becomes quite time-consuming.

When I post jobs across boards I love the one-click option to save time instead of doing each one separately.
Cons
Honestly I haven't found any real downsides. The interface is smooth and simple and the range of time-saving features it offers genuinely cuts down on administrative work and speeds up our hiring process.

Supporting clients' hiring is easier because I can tailor workflows to fit each company which I find extremely useful.

How simple it is for me to schedule interviews, evaluate candidates, send emails and leave notes all in one system.
Cons
As a user I really enjoy this software. I would love to see a capability that allows me to flag a previously rejected candidate with prominent warning when they reapply so that if we previously passed on them for one reason or another it becomes immediately obvious in the applicant record and can't be missed. Additionally, it would be great to have a 'No longer with our company' status option with reasons like 'left on good terms' or 'terminated' or choices.

“Dashboard pulls data efficiently
Pros
I haven't found another tool like it. I like how it pulls data directly into the dashboard which is very helpful. I'd definitely recommend it for larger teams.
Cons
My only real issue is that customization options felt limited though given the breadth of built-in features, it hardly qualifies as a major dealbreaker for me.
