“no automated workflows, everything done manually
Pros
I find the interface very user-friendly. Beyond that it lacks a lot of advanced features but the product remains easy and simple to use.
Cons
There are no automated workflows, no knockout questions and no automatic tagging I had to do everything by hand.

Pros
For me this has been a fantastic tool as it makes posting opportunities and locating new talent incredibly feasible and completely hassle-free. I can get roles live in minutes and connect with strong candidates without any of the usual back-and-forth.
Cons
No issues have come up so far and I haven't used the program for about five months

Pros
When I recruit experienced candidates this platform delivers outstanding features, it makes storing resume information incredibly simple and the CRM functionality is consistently up to the mark which I really liked!
Cons
No real downsides exist and I haven't run into any problems while using it whatsoever

I've appreciated that the product gives a free trial plus a limited free tier which made it easy for me to test before committing. I found the interface fairly feasible to navigate and it handled hiring and job postings well. One feature I especially liked was the customizable careers page, being able to tailor it felt useful. The application forms were flexible and the questionnaire add-on was handy. Everyone on the hiring team could leave feedback and communicate and the platform connects to social networks so I could tap into a broad pool of candidates.
Cons
The lack of a mobile app is frustrating and I find customer support interactions left a lot to be desired, the duplicate-application blocker is unreliable making workflows harder

This tool genuinely helped me align our hiring workflow. My HR team could quickly sift through suitable applicants and I appreciated their effective process for approving or declining candidates to move on to the following stages.

Pros
For me the hiring workflow is really easy to follow, it only prompts the essential questions and the exact fields you have to fill. I appreciate that it doesn't drown you in complicated settings or offer multiple convoluted ways to complete tasks.
Cons
During the free trial it was excellent and I've used it to hire someone, returning a year later, I noticed upgrades pushed users away from the free tier

When reviewing candidates I share profiles with teammates and I schedule interviews. I also see others' bookings and I keep everything in one place.
Cons
The review process is confusing at times and I wish I could hide others' reviews until I've submitted mine though I appreciated customer service helping me resolve reminder-email issues
