I've appreciated that the product gives a free trial plus a limited free tier which made it easy for me to test before committing. I found the interface fairly feasible to navigate and it handled hiring and job postings well. One feature I especially liked was the customizable careers page, being able to tailor it felt useful. The application forms were flexible and the questionnaire add-on was handy. Everyone on the hiring team could leave feedback and communicate and the platform connects to social networks so I could tap into a broad pool of candidates.
Cons
The lack of a mobile app is frustrating and I find customer support interactions left a lot to be desired, the duplicate-application blocker is unreliable making workflows harder

For me it's attractive and fairly easy to use, I can tailor it to match our hiring process.
Cons
I was led to believe they'd build a specific customization for us or that the system would fit our workflow. That promise proved false. Because of that we paid for a whole year in advance and now we can't use the platform at all. When I raised the issue, the customer service representative told me, "I'm not indicating fault here. I am simply reiterating our policy that we do not offer refunds in instances such as this." He also added that they were "more than willing to work with you to show you how you might maximize the feature at your disposal to help you make advancements in your hiring process." We tried following their advice and adjusted our process accordingly but then we started seeing duplicate applications sometimes four copies of the same submission which created a ton of extra administrative work for us even though it was only a small campaign. Because of those problems, the system became unusable for any further campaigns, using it would have generated far more work than it would have saved. I can imagine it being a good value for other teams but for our situation it ended up costing us twice, the original fee and the additional expense and time we spent trying to make it work.

As HR Director I found this tool transformed how resumes are collected and processed. Integrating with our website gives me control and email communication is easy with reusable templates and automated notifications. The interface is clear and simple to navigate and I appreciate the helpful suggestions that improved our workflow. Customer support checks in regularly and I've seen my ideas implemented.
Cons
One feature I wish worked better is searching archived applicants. We've developed a workaround when we need to send a past candidate to a hiring manager but that process is clunky and far from simple. Also, there's no system-wide way to mark a candidate as ineligible for hire which would be useful for keeping everyone on the same page. Candidates who apply for several positions are grouped together but the system won't let you copy or share details between those linked applications, each occurrence needs to be updated separately and that becomes quite time-consuming.

As a user I really enjoy this software. I would love to see a capability that allows me to flag a previously rejected candidate with prominent warning when they reapply so that if we previously passed on them for one reason or another it becomes immediately obvious in the applicant record and can't be missed.
