“easy and user-friendly navigation

Pros

Navigating all the requirements has been surprisingly easy for me and I find the interface really user-friendly and well-organized. Getting comfortable with it didn't take long at all.. it just made sense from the start which helped me focus on the substance of compliance rather than wrestling with the software.

Cons

Honestly I'm not sure I can point out any shortcomings because this is the only tool and interface I've ever used so I don't have any other products to compare my experience against.

Pros

Seeing continuous updates and improvements is encouraging and I've noticed the platform becoming sleeker with extra features. The support team especially the implementation manager has been outstanding whenever I've needed help.

Cons

I found billing issues as our biggest problem. The complication arose from how the contract was finalized. Still Mitratch (this tool) worked with us collaboratively to resolve the issue in practice.

We need more integrations and higher-end features and as our datasets are complex and we'd like richer visualization options.
