“Simple to process candidates
Pros
Recruiters find it simple to process candidates using the system. We completed a three month set up with a dedicated support team which helped. My team and I rely on the platform every day to address our needs and most of the functions genuinely assist our recruitment work. It links smoothly with Vacancy Poster, the customer support is solid and I really appreciate that Tribepad listens to user feedback and has already put some suggested improvements into practice.
Cons
I find reporting difficult when trying to pull the specific data we need. It would have been helpful to receive more guidance during setup. Integration relies on an API but it doesn't cover all parts of the system. For instance attachments cannot be extracted via the API.

It's quite easy to handle and does everything efficiently we need it to do.

I've noticed the website changes randomly which means I usually don't realize updates are being rolled out until the update has already been published.

“centralized solution
Pros
One of the most helpful aspects for me is having all our recruitment activities consolidated in one place and I've noticed the calibre of candidates has improved since we began using it. I also find it very useful to manage the entire hiring process within a single system. It has made our recruitment workflow significantly simpler and feels more personalised.
Cons
The main drawback for me is that when the system goes down which has happened to us a few times and we can't access our site. A few processes could be more simple though I appreciate that the team is continually working to refine and improve how things operate.

Pros
I really like the user interface. It's attractive and easy to customize to fit my company's branding and I've found the team to be very knowledgeable about the product.
Cons
Several of the fundamental processes could use work and I wish there was greater flexibility to modify core workflows directly inside the system.

“Well laid out
Pros
The candidate interface is very well-organized and I've seen an increase in applicant numbers. Being able to customise application forms has been hugely beneficial.
Cons
I found the build part of the ATS really labour-intensive and we weren't clearly told how involved we'd need to be from the beginning. It also places extra work on hiring managers which is a shift for them.

Pros
Having every one of my candidates gathered in a single place plus the option to message multiple people at once really saves me many hours.
Cons
Uploading several documents at the same time takes a noticeable amount of time and can be a bit frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

Pros
I really like the automated onboarding and I find the platform easy to use. It also lets me search with a variety of filters.
Cons
Because I have to follow safe recruitment procedures in my organization some processes take longer and need input from several people.

“mostly useful features
Pros
What I appreciate most is the ease of use and the range of available functions. Many helpful features are rolled out regularly. The dashboard is clear and very user-friendly and I've found customer support to be excellent and responsive.
Cons
One thing I keep running into is the absence of a separate job-title field that would be sent to job boards while appearing differently within Tribepad. That gap has caused practical issues for me.
