“Basic with a clear org chart
Pros
At first look it feels really basic. And I especially like the org chart feature as it made it clear who reports to whom.
Cons
It can be tricky to find where everything is. The site almost feels like it was designed by an AI that assumed it knew what people wanted, rather than what actually works for users.

“covers everything but want more integrations
Pros
We originally signed up with Zenefits which then became part of TriNet. I preferred the older version before the acquisition but it still does everything we need. I also really like how it covers everything from hiring and onboarding to running payroll and managing benefits.
Cons
I really wish it connected with more of the other apps and tools we use day to day.

“confusing and rigid system
Pros
Setup process was pretty simple and since we were a small team with just one operations person handling everything, the onboarding process was really smooth.
Cons
We had trouble customizing things and the system was pretty confusing for our team. Submitting time-off was not easy too and setting up payroll felt awkward. We had to ask for help multiple times just to adjust pay periods but the support tickets were closed before any of our issues were fixed.

Pros
It is a full HRIS platform that handles everything start to finish. They are great with compliance such as filing Form 941, issuing W-2s on time and the customer service is solid.
Cons
Services are only available in the US and I'd love to see them expand into all European countries.

“perfect remote time and attendance system
Pros
This is pretty much the perfect time and attendance system in my opinion. You can manage HR and clock-ins remotely, the security is solid and the interface is clean.
Cons
With my current user permissions, I cannot suggest edits to time entries for approval. I have to message my HR rep every time I need those changes made which is a bit inconvenient.

Pros
We have had a great experience with TriNet over the past few years. Our client is really happy with it as it's a top-tier payroll provider with customizable reports, an easy-to-use system and support that's always available.
Cons
It's a bit more expensive than some other systems and sometimes generating reports takes longer than we expected.

TriNet was my first intro to HR platforms and it's been reliable as pay and benefits are always on time.
Cons
After the disciplinary period, basic benefits were automatically reinstated which made things simpler.

Pros
Running payroll is simple and accurate with this tool. Managing benefits through TriNet Zenefits is easy too, plus onboarding new hires is smooth and tracking employee performance is also not problem anymore.
Cons
It makes our HR tasks simpler and more efficient, so I don't have any complaints.

Pros
I have always found the platform really user-friendly. It is easy to navigate and getting help from support when I had questions was hassle-free.
Cons
Honestly I am not sure this is entirely softwares fault but if your company uses different insurance providers, you might have to hop between sites to manage all your benefits.

Payroll and benefits are almost fully automated now. We used to drown in spreadsheets but Zenefits made everything easier and more compliant.
Cons
It is not very accommodating for international contractors or employees, as the features are just not really designed to support them.
