Promising software!

Pros

The interface is really user friendly. It covers pretty much everything I need for managing my team effectively. We use this daily across a large staff and it definitely streamlines our workflow.

Cons

Communication can be challenging at times. Getting a response through support chat sometimes takes several hours.You don't really receive updates about new features and capabilities, so you need to periodically check on your own to see what's changed.

Incredibly User Friendly and Practical

Pros

The short time I've spent with this platform has been really eye-opening. It's incredibly user-friendly and offers amazing flexibility with tons of customization options. What really stands out is how everything connects easily, all my work feels integrated and flows together naturally. The support team has also been fantastic whenever I've needed help.

Ideal for specialized gig work

Pros

I can consolidate my live event labor business scheduling into one simple, easy-to-understand platform with this tool.

Cons

It might not be the best fit for businesses outside the gig economy space since it's specifically designed for that model.

Completely transformed my work routine

Pros

Saved me at least 4 days of work, incredible time saver. The interface is really easy to pick up and I appreciate all the different features like salary tracking and getting a complete overview of everything thats happening.

Cons

I haven't really encountered any major issues worth mentioning. Whenever I do run into something, their support team is right there to help out and make adjustments as needed.

Exceptional Performance All Around

Pros

I manage hiring, scheduling and payroll for up to 300 employees across different company projects and this platform has completely transformed how I handle these critical tasks. It's eliminated my reliance on endless spreadsheet data entry and given me a much more organized system to track everything properly.

Cons

The geo tracking is limited, it only works for live locations which makes it tough to monitor where staff actually are during jobs. There's no way to track expensive equipment by serial numbers when we hand it out to workers and that would really help with inventory management. You can't upload detailed job descriptions or documents before people apply for positions either. The payment system doesn't connect directly to bank accounts for automatic transfers after job completion, so finance still has to handle everything manually. Integration with other platforms like Monday.com just isn't there which limits workflow efficiency.

Great for catering and virtual classes

Pros

I find this really easy to use and my whole team picked it up quickly without any confusion. The interface feels welcoming and flexible, nothing overly complex that gets in the way of actually getting work done.

Cons

The client pricing feature doesn't really work for our needs. I'm not sure who would actually find that helpful but it's not a big deal.

I appreciate how user friendly the tool is. Being able to schedule staff across several events at once saves me so much time and effort.

Cons

Wish I had found this tool earlier. Also, it would be great if staff could upload multiple photos at once through the app.

Excellent Event Management Solution

Pros

I love the staff rating system and how managers can leave comments, it creates excellent communication between everyone. The gig-based payment structure is perfect since you only pay for people who actually work that month which fits perfectly with how the events industry operates. The flexibility is great too and you can either set it up as first-come, first-serve or handpick specific staff for each event. Being able to assign different pay rates for various roles is super helpful and the flat-rate payment option works well for certain situations. If you partner with other companies for staffing, they can even create their own events and request staff through the platform.

Cons

The manager app remains quite buggy and displays way too many duplicate events. The client interface doesn't fit my business model at all and there's definitely more development needed, though I can see improvements on the horizon and would still recommend it for anyone managing gig-based staff.
