Nothing much to say here. A lot of things need to be improved.

Cons

UKG Pro isn't user-friendly at all, whether you are an admin or a user. I personally found it is overly complicated and the whole experience across the system feels inconsistent, probably because of all their acquisitions. On top of that, customer service is terrible, and also it is way too overpriced.

Pros

I absolutely love using UKG Pro every day. It helps me stay organized. Also it is very easy to navigate and quite convenient. Honestly, I just wish I had started using it sooner because it is made my work tasks so much easier to handle.

Cons

If you are using it for the first time, you may find it a bit difficult to use but once you get the hang of it, it's the simplest and the most beneficial HR software.

Pros

The thing I like most about UKG Pro is that it is an all in one app. I can access pay stubs, continuing education, benefits info and even check my time-off balances right from the dashboard. In short it's all there and it is so easy to access everything.

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about UKG Pro.

Before UKG PRO I have worked with four different HR portals across various companies and honestly, using this one has been the worst experience by far. That said, only thing I like about it is the clean interface and the single sign-on login integration.

The mobile version is pretty much useless as it does not even try to offer any real functionality. Plus the search feature is a joke since it never pulls up anything and I get random 404 errors all over the site. Also the instructions for the app are honestly laughable, and I can't even picture it making it to an app store button.

My experience with UKG Pro has been pretty positive. It was a huge help during tax season as it allowed me to pull all my payroll info together in one spot. So whenever I need anything I am able to access it without any problem.

Sometimes it would limit my access and force me to change my password, which made it difficult to get to my payroll information.

Pros

I use this every day for payroll, tracking hours worked, managing time-off requests and accessing tax forms. Plus the mobile app is super handy and overall, it is just really easy to use.

A few of my team members reported that the app crashes a lot. They end up having to uninstall and reinstall it and then it works fine.

UKG provides payroll services, talent management and so much more. It's like an all in one HRIS system that is a lot better than separate tools for everything.

At first, the UI is a little hard to get used to and figuring out all the features can also feel overwhelming. But once we do, it is actually pretty fun to use.

I do not like that there's no option to use templates that auto-populate weekly if your work hours and codes are the same.

UKG Pro is a centralized system that does a good job of keeping track of pay stubs and similar information. Plus, the user interface is simple and clean.

The app has very limited functionality, and it is super buggy. It logs me out often and logging back in is a hassle. On top of that, customer service is not quite accessible.

I love how easy it is to navigate this software, whether you are an employee or an administrator. The Community support is also great for finding answers to everyday questions. On top of that, I learn something new about UKG's features and functionality almost every day, which I really enjoy.

I don't like that wage attachments for Canada and ROEs are not sent automatically.

It has so many helpful features like team management, a user-friendly interface and seamless payroll and time-tracking integration, along with other HR tools. It is a really efficient system. I also find the reporting tools super robust and adaptable, plus they add a lot of value to the organization.

It takes some time to get a good understanding on all the features. And the initial setup is also pretty complicated and it takes a while to get familiar with the UI/UX. Sometimes, I notice lag when switching between different modules.

Pros

What I love most about UKG Pro is how easy it is to use. I honestly didn't know anything about it before starting this job, but now we use it for about 80% of our work tasks. Not only it is easy to navigate but gives us alerts and always checks if we are sure about any changes we are making. It even asks if you want to save those changes and gives you a lot of prompts before you finalize anything.

If something went wrong, I would not even know who to contact for help because customer support is almost non existent.

It's a comprehensive HR system that covers everything from managing people to recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping and performance management. Plus, it is pretty easy to learn and implement, and I like how well it integrates across different touchpoints for employees.

The user design and overall experience could be cleaner and easier to understand, especially for employees who are not very comfortable with technology.

I absolutely love using UKG Pro because it is very fast, responsive and I have never come across any sort of bugs. Plus it has so many detailed sections where I can see everything like my job position, pay rate, company info, tax details and even the org chart. I especially like the Model My Pay feature.

I can easily check my paycheque, vacation time and other details without any hassle. The side panel menu is also quite straightforward which makes finding what I need so much simpler.
