It's been a very configurable and flexible product for our needs. The user interface is good, the platform feels stable and the processing speed is also quite good.
Cons
One limitation is that it still doesn't offer a complete compliance and payroll module.

“HR tasks in one place
Pros
Right from the start this felt simple to work with and blended well into our daily HR routine. The rollout went well and the team was very supportive throughout the setup process. We use it consistently because it lets us manage most HR activities from a single platform. It comes with a broad range of features without seeming overwhelming and connecting it with other systems was handled without much trouble. Whenever we've needed assistance, customer support has been dependable and helpful.
Cons
Because the platform includes a lot of functions, we've come across some features gradually as we continue using it. It hasn't created any problems though and the available support materials have been useful whenever we want to explore something new.

“powerful automation tools
Pros
Has been incredibly helpful in cutting down our manual work. The PMS, ATS, Leave and Payroll modules are the parts I use the most and I'm really happy with how capable they are. PMS and ATS can be configured based on our specific needs and there's also some room for customization which is a big plus. The Leave module includes all the required settings and the Payroll system is equally well equipped. Setting up KRAs, KPIs and Goals is also very convenient. On top of that getting the software up and running was quite simple for our company of around 100 employees.
Cons
One area that could use some improvement is the attendance feature. It would be especially useful if the system offered better configuration support with external attendance machines.
