“Comprehensive software that adapts to your business needs

Pros

VitalTeam combines many features in one platform like feedback, skill validation, employee NPS, organizational charts and more. Even though we don't use all of them, it is super convenient and helps us cut down on the number of programs we need for our employees. Also setting it up was incredibly easy.

Cons

While the software can be tailored to our needs, the interface can sometimes seem a bit complex. However with the guidance from the team, we quickly understood the structure which allowed us to organize it to suit our requirements.

“Team management in just a few clicks!

Pros

What I find most useful about the program is how it focuses on the interactions between tasks and assignments within a team. The role-based approach instead of relying on job descriptions, really helps address the associations needs rather than just the worker's duties. This makes it easier to match the associations requirements with available profiles and is a valuable tool for creating job descriptions when hiring.

Cons

Not much to complain about. One thing that could be improved is the accessibility to easily export the organizational charts with just two clicks.

“A customized assessment tool

Pros

The ability to create a custom evaluation and send it directly to colleagues for feedback is extremely practical. I'd now like to use the My Development feature more to formalize the actions from the evaluation.

Cons

We don't use the meeting organization features much. Also it is not possible to correct an action in the development plan once it is been assigned. For example if we mistakenly linked it to the wrong skill, there is no way to change that.

“Rigid form issues

Pros

I have not used VitalTeam much yet but I use the evaluation feature often. Also it provides a comprehensive view of the overall professional structure and the missions/purposes of the various departments.

Cons

It is frustrating that once the response deadline for an evaluation has passed, we cannot reuse it. Also if we go back in the form, the general comment gets deleted. There is also a challenge in requesting evaluations from people outside the organization but still directly involved in our work, such as the volunteers we sometimes work with.
