VOLT HRMS system is easy to use, with plenty of flexibility and options that suit any company. The service provided by the company handling Volt's system is also outstanding especially in terms of response time to client issues.
Cons
I feel like the interface could use some improvements to look more modern and appealing. As it feels a bit outdated and not very stylish.

VoltHRMS is pretty easy to use, with quick access to options and employee data that's simple to retrieve. Overall I would say it is a reasonable tool.
Cons
It sometimes lags or freezes when exporting or exploring data taking a long time to load.
