“Amazing support but sometimes confusing

support is AMAZING!!!!! You can ask the simplest question and they are on it instantly, making sure you are 100% satisfied.

Cons

It can be a little confusing sometimes to tell if you've actually finished what you were doing and if everything is fully submitted.

For me, it's the great service, how simple it is to use and knowing that all the back-end compliance stuff is taken care of.

Cons

The fact that you have to remember to manually save changes on every single page is kind of annoying.

There are tons of detailed reports to pull. It's so easy to use that anyone can learn it quickly. So far, it's got everything from WCB reports to weekly paystubs.

I actually think Wagepoint 2.0 is way easier to use than the original. It's much easier to find what you need and everything is clearly labelled.

“Helpful reminders but no real help

I just love that the job is done for me. And I really love the reminders, they keep me on track without me having to think about it.

Cons

I absolutely HATE that if I have a question, there's no one there to actually help me.

I am amazed at the speed and excellence of their customer service.

I can't really say anything about the monthly fee, but then again, there's always a monthly fee, haha!
