Pros
It offers all the essential HR tools organizations need with a clean, easy-to-use interface and quick access to employee records. Its self-service portal lets employees update their personal information and keep track of benefits and leave balances, while managers on my team can view performance and place time-off requests.
Cons
I've come across occasional glitches, noticed sluggish load times at times and feel the platform could use more flexibility because certain features have limited customization options.

“An essential hiring revolution
Pros
It has been a huge help overall and the Applicant Tracking System really takes the spotlight for me. In our office, nearly everything centers on finding and bringing in the right people to do the work, so this tool has become essential. Because of it, my workplace now feels staffed with true professionals. Adapting it to our workflows wasn't easy at first since we were so accustomed to traditional interviewing, staff scouting and older HR methods but once we made the switch it transformed our office into a near-utopia and turned WebHR into our go-to advisor.
Cons
I haven't come across any part of the software that I find uninteresting or that I feel needs improvement.

For HR tasks, I rely on it to keep all employee information organizedtracking attendance, storing employee profiles and maintaining important documents.
Cons
However, I find the forms module clunky when converting external forms into the system's internal format, it could use improvements to make that process smoother.
