Its a very secure app and it genuinely gives me peace of mind when it comes to employee information. The customer support team is polite and I find handling HR tasks, appraisals and performance metrics much easier now.

Access can be unreliable at times and its hard to getting the most out of all the features. I would appreciate more user manuals and guidance to help with that.

In our office, nearly everything centers on finding and bringing in the right people to do the work, so this tool has become essential. Because of it, my workplace now feels staffed with true professionals. Adapting it to our workflows wasn't easy at first since we were so accustomed to traditional interviewing, staff scouting and older HR methods but once we made the switch it transformed our office into a near-utopia and turned WebHR into our go-to advisor.
