Pros
It gives excellent value because it alignd our HR management and I always knew employee records were kept secure at all times.
Cons
I ran into trouble because customer support wasn't reliably available whenever an issue popped up and that inconsistency ended up creating quite a few problems for me.

Pros
Its a very secure app and it genuinely gives me peace of mind when it comes to employee information. The customer support team is polite and I find handling HR tasks, appraisals and performance metrics much easier now.
Cons
Access can be unreliable at times and its hard to getting the most out of all the features. I would appreciate more user manuals and guidance to help with that.

It is the best timekeeping app, it offers simple access, excellent customer support and makes tracking employee hours simple.
Cons
For me, the price was a real drawback given intense competition, I think they could and should definitely improve it more.

Cons
