“Practical ATS for targeted sourcing
Pros
It is extremely practical for sourcing candidates letting me construct Boolean strings and target searches with specific keywords.
Cons
Nothing significant has come up for me the tool has been easy to handle, very helpful and important for finding the right candidates.

Pros
Applicant tracking system is simple and our hiring managers adapted quickly, candidates can select their own interview slots creating a strong candidate experience.
Cons
We did run into a small hiccup with interview invites not landing in Gmail occasionally but that seems unrelated to the tool itself. The provider has been actively helping us dig into the root cause.

Pros
After using the platform for a while I find it easy to navigate and budget-friendly, managing candidate applications and offering great reporting.
Cons
When I'm posting a job the formatting options can feel a bit limited which makes my listings look plainer than I'd prefer. A bit more styling flexibility would really help.

The tool has helped me align recruitment removing much manual effort and centralizing every candidate's information in a GDPR-compliant system.
Cons
Some smaller features weren't available immediately but the team behind the product actually listens. Whenever I shared something on my wishlist they considered it seriously and often acted on it when it aligned with what other users needed as well.

Pros
It keeps every applicant in one central location, lets me sort them by status, send bulk emails and manage interview scheduling efficiently which has improved our workflow.
Cons
I haven't faced any issues so far. Whenever something confused me early on the support team walked me through it step-by-step and even showed me how things work live until I felt fully comfortable.

“Tailored workflow support solutions
Pros
Configuration is easy and although our workflow is complex, the support team helped us tailor solutions and align tasks even during implementation.
Cons
Our lengthy application workflow creates most of the friction, not the platform itself. Because applicants answer several questions, I think some had trouble moving back or forward or submitting. Thankfully the tool's team jumped on it quickly and handled everything professionally.

I find the system easy to use, strong value for money and helpful for GDPR compliance with excellent account management and support.
Cons
The only drawback I've noticed and it's pretty small is that we can't track custom recruitment stages. For example if someone finishes an aptitude test there isn't a stage that reflects that specific step.

One thing that slowed me down was not being able to view candidates side-by-side on the screen which pushed me to print out profiles instead.

Pros
Operating the platform is easy, it meets all my requirements and the support team is prompt, helpful and genuinely appreciated.
Cons
There are a few small technical quirks. For example reminders can still go out the next day even if I approve a role after mid-afternoon and the interview scheduler could be a bit easier to operate. The good thing is the team pays attention and keeps making improvements.

I'm consistently impressed by their customer service which goes out of its way to assist and actively seeks solutions to any issues I encounter.
Cons

Pros
The platform feels extremely simple and approachable so line managers readily engage with it and I appreciate that new features are introduced on a regular basis.
Cons
CV searching and the talent pool could feel smoother. Small things slow me down too like not being able to type dates when running reports I have to click through the calendar. And sometimes a candidate won't appear in the search results even though I know they're in the system.

I think the applicant tracking system is exceptionally simple allowing our team to become proficient with little formal training and it meets statutory Welsh Language Commission requirements.
Cons

I find the software highly functional and easy to navigate, not burdened by unnecessary complexity, with updates and issue resolution handled promptly, automated email notifications and the tag pool feature are particularly useful.
Cons
Some simple fixes would make a big difference. For example when I hit "back," it doesn't take me to the last page I was on, I have to step through everything again. Also once a job is approved I can't change the title and certain information doesn't carry over after approval.

Using it daily, I notice the platform is easy to navigate and personalize and because panel members access only their allocated vacancies, we no longer need to download, email, or print applicant information, GDPR compliance and direct comment features have sped up shortlisting.
Cons
At this point I don't really have anything negative to point out. I still get lost trying to find certain things but the customer service team jumps in and helps whenever I need it.

Across multiple campaigns I see that the platform is highly adaptable, letting me tailor features as needed and exercise full back-end control without consulting our Account Manager, saving time and aligning operations. I can publish vacancies across multiple job boards, receive applications quickly and leverage pre-populated or bespoke reports, customer support has been exemplary.
Cons
There's nothing to add here since everything I previously flagged has already been resolved. The early talent pool issue for example is now fully fixed.

As a small employer I appreciated the easy nature, adaptable features, great reporting and simple data export, the vendor responded promptly and system updates have been effective.
Cons
Early on we had trouble getting information out of the system in a format we could use but that has been sorted out. Some question fields still feel a bit limiting though it would be great to have more flexibility.

I've realized very few ATS platforms provide such comprehensive functionality with simplicity, the interface is nearly flawless and hidden features automate much of the workflow. Tracking capabilities let me visualize pipelines instantly and integrations like onboarding and SMS improve attendance and reduce offer-to-hire time. Mobile access allows recruiting anywhere.
Cons
We ran into a few hiccups with digital contracts not sending during onboarding but support has been actively working to fix that as quickly as possible.
