“Clear leave planning tools”
Pros
The standout part of this tool for me is definitely the interface and overall layout. It gives a clear view of who is off across the company or within a department which makes planning annual leave much simpler and avoids those awkward back-and-forth conversations. The auto-approve feature is also a really valuable bonus.
Cons
There's no integration with my calendar at the moment. The only way to check annual leave or see who else is off is by logging into the website.

Pros
It works well for our simple staff time-off management and is easy to use for that purpose.
Cons
The extra features were not especially easy for us and they did not feel as useful as they could have been.

“Flexible scheduling visibility”
Pros
Getting around the system is very easy and doesn't really require any instructions. The feature I appreciate most is being able to view schedules not just for my own department but for other departments too.
Cons
I find it frustrating that once a time-off request has been approved there's no way to cancel it.
