It's super user-friendly and simple to navigate. We've been using it for a range of purposes, collecting testimonials, recruiting interns and other tasks and it has significantly reduced our time spent while offering a much clearer, more complete picture of our candidates and clients.

“Easy Free Trial But Navigation can Be smoother”
Pros
Being able to try a free trial and get a feel for the software before entering my credit card details was fantastic, I could play around without pressure and really understand how it worked. The interface is clean and minimalist and I managed to get what I needed done far more quickly than with any other option I had been considering.
Cons
While reviewing profiles I keep getting sent to menu and I want smoother switching.

What I love most about this software is how dramatically it cuts down the time I spend on hiring tasks. There was a period when I'd be printing out CVs, marking them up by hand and then carving large chunks out of my diary to conduct interviews, now I can get a clear snapshot of a candidate very quickly without all that manual legwork. And, as blunt as it sounds, when someone clearly isn't the right match I can move on to the next applicant straight away rather than dragging things out and wasting anyone's time. Everyone we've asked to use it has found the platform simple and so far we've had no technical issues.
Cons
At first I hesitated to dive in and actually use the software I was worried that setup would be toughly slow and complicated. After taking the plunge though, I found the onboarding and configuration far simpler than I expected and it didn't take long to get everything up and running.
