convenient video interviews

Pros

I'm impressed by how simple it is, easy to upload own videos and tailor templates to fit the role. Reviewing footage and scoring candidates is simple and candidates tell me they can use it without problems nobody finds technical issues and response rates are almost always high..over 90%

Cons

The only thing I'd love is a way to download all videos in a stage at once rather than one by one.

Fast, smooth, easy-to-use interface

Pros

From my experience it's really easy to use, very fast and runs extremely smoothly without any lag or glitches. Everything loads quickly and responds instantly which makes working in it feel effortless and efficient.

Cons

helpful setup impresses clients

Pros

Everything from the initial setup through the video interview scoring genuinely went beyond what I expected. When I showed it to the client they were immediately on board because now they can watch candidates respond in a relaxed setting to questions that would normally make them anxious which is a huge plus.

Cons

After billing panic I got email help fast and I haven't seen downsides.

Pros

I found it incredibly feasible to use and candidates really appreciated being able to show their personalities. It's certainly saved me time and the caliber of applicants appears great.

Cons

For evaluation I want custom rating fields and I can score skills separately.

Efficient toolkit saves hiring time

Pros

As someone involved in the hiring process I found the experience excellent for both interviewers and candidates. We actually heard from applicants that the setup helped them respond more confidently. On our side the toolkit's options make it much easier to organize and track candidates which saved our team a tremendous amount of time and effort across the whole recruitment workflow. Overall it made the process smoother and less draining.

Easy scheduling and candidate filtering

Pros

Scheduling an initial screening interview became incredibly feasible for me, I simply shared a link to the questionnaire and was alerted whenever a candidate finished the screening. I really appreciated how uncomplicated the whole process was since it made filtering applicants much faster and consistently surfaced the strongest candidates, this tool's interface felt very simple throughout.

In free plan I see interview limits and I still meet my needs.

Pros

What I love is that the whole user experience was designed first, there's no fiddly setup or downloads required. You simply record the interview and the platform takes care of everything else. We work with several elderly groups and they had zero trouble using it or sending over much-needed interview footage.

Cons

In backend text I feel HR wording heavy and I just need simple capture.

Pros

For me the software is really easy to use and I love how customizable it is, the team that helped me set it up were fantastic and we were even able to brand it to match our company.

Cons

I wish there was a way to export scores and feedback straight into an Excel sheet, that would make comparisons so much easier. Right now, if we want to compare candidates we either have to reopen each candidate's record or build our own spreadsheet and type all the scores and comments in manually.

clean layout for team work

Pros

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use, the platform's clean layout makes finding things feasible. Our team runs three IT accounts and working together inside the software is really simple.

Cons

Personally I'd find it really helpful if I could tag other users directly in the comment threads and that the history log clearly showed which exact user accepted or rejected each candidate for auditability.
