Platform is very easy to use for us from the beginning. The dashboards are especially valuable for our leadership teams and it makes smart use of data to deliver insights that are genuinely useful and actionable.
Cons
Onboarding did take us a bit of time and effort but it's absolutely worth it in the end.

Cons
Nothing comes to mind. The platform is flexible and gives us the ability to review our goals either monthly or quarterly which fits our process well.
