Helpful DISC assessment and coaches

Pros

I rely on its DISC assessment regularly because it gives me structured, insightful data that genuinely helps me evaluate real estate agents' communication styles and fit. Plus the hiring coaches are consistently friendly and helpful.. they offer practical guidance and work thoughtfully within the framework of the tool which adds a valuable human layer to the entire hiring process.

Cons

If I'd never recruited before I'd find it perfect. But having used modern applicant tracking systems I feel it lacks many of their technological improvements so it comes across as a limitation to me in practice.

user-friendly with organized responses

Pros

The platform is genuinely user-friendly making it easy to navigate and manage without a steep learning curve. What really stands out is how it keeps all candidate responses neatly organized. Every application, note and communication is right where it should be which makes screening and follow-ups efficient and hassle-free. It brings much-needed order to the hiring process.

Cons

When I run ads across several geographic areas reconciling the monthly charges becomes pretty challenging for me.

easy job posting broadcast

Pros

I'm amazed at how easy it is for me to broadcast my job posting to the masses with just a few clicks it reaches multiple job boards, social networks and niche sites all at once. That kind of effortless, widespread exposure is a game-changer for attracting a diverse and qualified pool of candidates quickly.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any real drawbacks. It acts as a one stop solution that makes it very easy for me to send a single job listing to all the main job boards in one go.

Customizable applicant categories

Pros

What I really like about the site is that I can set up multiple different custom categories to assign to applicants whether by role, department, skill set or hiring stage. It lets me sort, filter and track candidates in a way that makes perfect sense for our unique hiring process keeping everything structured and easy to manage.

Cons

It is frustrating that I can't display many categories on my home page.

outstanding support and hiring coaches

Pros

I have used Wizehire for years and it's been a great experience. Overall I am very satisfied with it. What sets it apart is its outstanding customer support. From the start the team was quick, friendly and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile. Another major benefit is the hiring of coaches. They are knowledgeable and committed, offering tailored advice and hands-on guidance for each hire. Their insights were also important in identifying the right candidates and their dedication made us feel supported and confident in our decisions. It also offers excellent overall value. The interface is user friendly too and full of tools that simplify hiring. Posting across multiple job boards, strong applicant tracking and comprehensive analytics created a seamless, efficient recruiting workflow. So investing in it has paid off as we have consistently attracted and hired high-quality talent with much less hassle.

Cons

The option to delete or hide some of the default standard categories from the system would be great.

Great candidate management tools

Pros

The candidate management tools and activity dashboard are great as they help me stay on top of the pipeline for current openings and manage candidates efficiently.

Cons

Compared with systems such as Taleo I have noticed the resume parsing and keyword search aren't as user friendly which can slow down screening.

coaches are the highlight

Pros

Hands down the coaches are the highlight of WizeHire for me. They have really had my back making sure our job listings show up across all the job boards and patiently fielding any questions I throw at the platform.

Cons

We ran into market limits as we had to buy two separate market packages for neighboring cities. And when I tried to post almost identical roles in both places we were told that was not permitted. Eventually we worked it out and hired for both jobs but it turned into a week-long pain trying to get the posts live.

Simple use with broad distribution

Pros

The thing I like most is how simple it is to use and it helps me distribute my job posts across so many platforms with very little hassle.

Cons

So far I have not had any bad experiences with it and I haven't faced issues that would make me hesitate to recommend it.

simple posting and applicant management

Pros

Posting job ads, managing the influx of applicants and ultimately finding the right hires has all been very easy for me to do within the platform. It organizes the entire process into one smart workflow so I can focus more on connecting with people and less on administrative hurdles.

Cons

Well integrating my calendar is a little tricky though it was not a major issue.

Great results with coach support

Pros

We get support from dedicated coaches and a short DISC-style assessment and our client has already used Wizehire with great results and truly loves it!

Cons

I had to invest time to really learn the system before getting full value since much of the interaction is driven by chat and personally I am more of a phone-call person.

Brings efficiency and consistency

Pros

For our team, it has made both HR and hiring managers far more efficient and brought consistency to how we hire. Plus the way it organizes job postings, resume reviews, applicant tracking and background check orders has really improved our hiring workflow.

Cons

We struggle with integrating it into our payroll/HRIS system.

Simplified hiring with strong results

Pros

A colleague recommended it to me and it proved to be very helpful. I have only tried it once, yet it was exactly what I needed when I had no clue where to start. It simplified the whole process to almost nothing. I got several strong resumes and ultimately hired the ideal person for the role.

Cons

I really can't think of anything about it that I disliked.

Easy to use with excellent support

Pros

WizeHire easy to use and whenever I have a question their customer support is excellent. I can even score candidates, add notes and organize applicants, plus there are pre-made, customizable templates.

Cons

One drawback I've run into is that messaging can be unreliable at times and I also worry it doesn't always help me reach the minimum number of potential applicants I need.

Favorite crm with fast automations

Pros

I have come to prefer the CRM function the most. As I like how quickly I can set up automations and the ability to categorize contacts was a nice surprise. Plus it helps me show the workflow to teammates and get them up to speed without wasting time.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints as I genuinely like every aspect of it.

amazing support and well-designed platform

Pros

Our experience with Wizehire's support team has been amazing. As they guided us through setup and made sure we were actually using the platform properly. Also I am impressed by how genuinely they listen to feedback and how thoroughly they reply. This solution replaced the old, clunky systems I had struggled with on my own and their well-designed platform has dramatically sped up and improved our hiring process.

Cons

I feel that whenever we request something, it actively works to fix it for us. So the few issues we face are all fairly minor.

Wide job distribution and self-booking

Pros

I really appreciate that job listings are posted across all major hiring sites so our openings reach the widest audience. I also like connecting my calendar so candidates can book their own interview slots. This saves time and works well outside regular hours.

Cons

The capability to proactively search for candidates and send them direct invitations to apply rather than only waiting for applicants to find and submit themselves would be great.

User-friendly with massive reach

Pros

The tool is pretty user-friendly. I created a job listing and they transformed it into a polished, professional posting across all channels. When I advertised a paralegal position, I received more than 700 applications within just the first few days. It is a volume I would never have achieved by relying on a single job board.

Cons

I did not run into any major problems while using it. Everything looks simple and user friendly and I particularly appreciated the DISC assessment feature.
