Highly recommended for Onboarding

Pros

I love how easy it is for me to use and how efficient it makes my onboarding process. It's the perfect tool when I need to onboard new employees and store all their documents securely.

Cons

We're honestly happy with how WorkBright has been running. There's nothing off the top of my head that I'd say needs changing right now.

Simplifies onboarding process

Pros

I've been using WorkBright and it has made my onboarding process so much simpler. My new hires can complete everything on their phones and I don't have to chase anyone for documents anymore. The automated reminders and remote I-9 verification have made my life so much easier. It saves a lot of admin time and lets me focus on more strategic HR tasks, which is a big plus of this software.

Cons

Can't think of anything negative. It's been super easy for someone like me to use without stress or overthinking every little step.

Really handy for dealing with clients

Pros

I really appreciate that candidates get clear, step by step instructions on what to upload and exactly how to do it, it takes a lot of guesswork out of the process for me and for them.

Cons

I've been confused a few times when resubmitting things. It's not always clear what went wrong when a status doesn't go through and that's something I wish was easier to understand.

Pros

Personally i feel like its super easy to navigate the site and I really like having a dedicated section where I can review E Verify cases based on their status.

Cons

The I-9 section feels kind of messy to me. I really wish it worked more like the E-Verify cases page where things are easier to filter and sort through without the clutter.

What I liked most was that everything I need is right there on one site, I never have to switch between platforms to get my tasks done.

Cons

Maybe adding a direct phone line for both clients and employees would help a lot. Sometimes I just want to talk to someone instead of waiting on emails.

I appreciate that all the required paperwork lives on the same site, which means I don't waste time jumping between different systems.

Cons

Reaching out to customer service has been a pain. They take so long to respond and I've often had to wait way longer than expected to hear anything back.
