By far the worst system on the market!

Pros

I cannot think of any benefits. There is no AI to read resumes and any text or data entered needs to be re-entered each time.

Cons

Despite using the same login credentials, I have to re-enter my entire resume every time. Workday does not remember anything and it cannot even extract resumes. Have they considered using AI? There is also no end-user support and the platform feels arrogant, acting like it's perfect. So I would not recommend this to my candidates.

The best in the market

Pros

With Workday I can easily manage my important work documents, paid time off (PTO), salary and expenses, whether from my phone or laptop. I get notifications on Slack for the tasks assigned to me.

Cons

The mobile version sometimes feels a bit clumsy and it's not always easy to find the tabs we need if we are unsure where to look. However it's not a major problem and I still love the platform overall!

Payroll made simple

Pros

It simplifies viewing payroll details, figuring out who you report to and accessing contact info for colleagues when we need to get in touch with them.

Cons

Sometimes the interface uses jargon that's hard to understand and there is nothing to hover over to clarify the terms. Also the organizational chart is not mobile-friendly as we often have to zoom out which can be tricky.

Pros

The customer support is excellent. Also the platform is user-friendly, easy to configure and manage and offers strong reporting features.

Cons

It offers less customization and works within a closed ecosystem, meaning most of the control is in the hands of the softwares product team. To access full functionality, we need several add-ons.

pretty efficient software

Pros

Well the ask-an-Expert service has made a real difference. They don't just set things up for you as they teach you how to do it yourself. This changed my mindset from Can Workday do XYZ? to What do I need Workday to do? The time spent learning upfront is worth it as it leads to reusable and scalable setups. I rarely come across any bugs and when I do, it's usually something I missed during setup.

Cons

The flexibility that makes it so powerful also makes it complicated. There is definitely a learning curve and it takes some time and patience to figure out how everything fits together. But once we get the hang of it, it's worth the effort.

Pros

Workday HCM is user friendly and forward-thinking. When properly set up and supported by a strong HRIS team, it improves organizational efficiency and HR operations.

Cons

When it's not set up properly, it can feel a bit awkward. And its technical limitations, though logical often frustrate HRIS teams because end users have trouble understanding them.

All-in-one hiring solution

Pros

It's a one-stop shop for all our hiring needs. Also it is amazing that we can use this app for both our applicants and current employees benefits, HR and payroll information.

Cons

Well it took some time to get used to finding all the embedded features but once I figured it out, the platform became much easier to use.

It has clean interface

The interface is clean and easy to use and it does a great job of streamlining HR tasks like payroll and contract management for us.

Cons

It can be a bit annoying when searching for jobs as the search feature does not show much detail about each position, requiring more effort to find what we are looking for compared to other platforms.

I really like the mobile app capabilities which help us work remotely with minimal hassle. Employees can apply for time off easily. Also it integrates smoothly with tools like time tracking making it even more effective and cost-efficient.

Cons

What I like most about Workday HCM is how efficiently the time tracking review and editing process works.

Cons

I don't have much to dislike about it but the initial account setup was a bit tricky. However customer service was helpful and resolved the issue.

What I like most about it is that it offers a wide range of HR-related services with a simple, easy-to-understand interface. It also provides tutorials for operations that need them and allows integration with many other applications.

Cons

The platform can be slow and unresponsive at times which is a bit frustrating. The interface also feels overwhelming and somewhat complicated to me at times.
