“Easy-to-use with great features
Pros
the interface is super easy to use and it's really simple to customize and maintain. The different apps cover all aspects of performance and review management which is a big plus.
Cons
Some apps could use a few updates like the ability to attach files and easily update employee records.

“Great talent management platform
Pros
An interactive and customizable talent management platform. It offers great solutions for performance management, recognition and talent development, all in one interface. It's easy to deploy and it works great even without too much setup. The support is fantastic, too... they are very responsive.
Cons
our biggest challenge has been with the ADP integration. The connector tends to break but that's pretty common with ADP.

“flexible and interactive tool
Pros
Super easy to implement and incredibly flexible. It's interactive for both admins and users and the platform keeps getting better based on user feedback. Customer support is quick and effective. Honestly, I am really happy with It and any minor critiques are just that, minor.
Cons
The objective ranking system feels clunky. The 1-10 rating system with assigned weight causes some confusion especially compared to just typing in a percentage. Also, the goal criteria could be improved like when you enter an objective with a % result, it assumes higher is better. This is not always the case (e.g., a waste goal of 2%, anything higher than that is not better). There are workarounds but it was confusing at first. Role security works great for employees and managers but the HR Partner role assignments could use some improvement which I know they are working on.

“simple to learn... no continuous training needed
Pros
I spent a few months working in a demo environment, learning the platform and it's really easy to pick up. You won't need continuous training. Besides the awesome functionality, the leadership team at It is clearly passionate about best practices and shares their knowledge through white papers, webinars and insightful podcasts by Melissa.
Cons
I didn't dislike anything but our company prefers not to display ratings as numbers or graphics (like stars).

The customer service is excellent and they keep expanding their offerings, which is great to see.
Cons
They are still tweaking the offerings and processes but it's getting better. The 360 feature still needs work.

“check-in schedule needs fixing
Pros
hands down the best support everrrr!. Their team is super helpful and always available. We are currently using goals and performance reviews and we have recently added check-ins. They have been amazing in keeping everyone on track and improving communication around expectations.
Cons
It would be great if you could add changes to a check-in instead of having to start a new one. Also can everyone be on the same schedule? It seems like each person has a different check-in date based on when they completed their last one, rather than a set quarterly date.

“perfect tool for content & conversations

This software is so well-coded and interactive. It's the perfect tool for me because I can focus on the content and the conversations instead of worrying about how to get the software to do what I need. Everything I need is already there and it just works perfectly. Plus the people behind It are passionate and eager to share their knowledge. Every time I reach out, I learn something new!

It is an incredible resource for everything related to performance management. They have set the bar when it comes to recording performance, having meaningful discussions and measuring success. And their customer service is outstanding.
Cons
It works hard to meet your needs while offering a solid, pre-built foundation. They have thought of everything. There's not much room for customization but they provide tons of support to help you get things done professionally.

“Simple interface & easy communication
Pros
The simple interface makes it easy for leaders and employees to have regular, focused communication. We use the check-in feature to ask structured questions about goals and objectives and employees can even initiate the check-in themselves. We also use the goal-setting functionality. Since it's our first year, we have not completed a full performance review cycle yet but we have also been using the recognition, pulse surveys and learning modules.
Cons
While you can export all data, some simple canned reports are missing like a report of employees who don't have any goals.

Pros
It is very interactive and with all the customizable settings, it was easy to tailor it to our company's needs.
Cons
The settings that can't be customized are hard to navigate. Also, sometimes manager notes in check-ins don't save properly because the 'save' button is at the bottom of the page. I have missed it a few times and had to redo it.

It's incredibly intuitive and user-friendly for all our staff. And for anything they can't figure out on their own, the chat help feature provides comprehensive learning topics. We can even create and add our own topics if necessary. The best part? No more paper forms! Everything is conveniently accessible online for staff to edit and comment on whenever they need to.
Cons
The main challenge we faced was transitioning from a straightforward percentage-based goal system to a ranked system that translates into percentages. However, this didn't hinder us but rather required us to adjust our perspective on goal-setting in relation to our employees.
