“Adp integration & boosted engagement
Pros
It has been a game changer for us. It's been a huge help in boosting employee engagement. The check-in feature is awesome because it lets our employees share feedback and we can easily analyze the data. Plus the integration with ADP is a lifesaver! It cuts down on duplication, saves time and ensures we have all our employee info in one place. Honestly, It is a must-have!
Cons
my experience with it has been great. There have been a couple of software glitches but I HAVE been really impressed with how quickly they addressed them. Not only did they fix the issues fast but they also used them as an opportunity to improve. They are clearly committed to learning and growing and that's something I really value in a partnership!

“simple setup with great performance tracking
Pros
Having worked with other performance management systems, I can say It is super easy to use. The dashboard is perfect for managers, it shows a snapshot of everything that's pending and the status of each team. Setting things up is simple too. What I really love is how It links organizational goals directly to individual performance. It connects the entire employee lifecycle to the company's overall performance which helps managers focus their coaching on the most important goals. Plus the support team is awesome, super responsive and always helpful. Their Help articles are really detailed... so I never feel stuck.
Cons
Overall, it's a great system. One thing that could be improved is the integration between check-ins and performance reviews. It would be super helpful if the ratings and scores from the latest review showed up in the check-in for managers to easily see.

Pros
Whenever I've had an issue, the support chat has been amazing. They are quick to help or guide me to a solution right away. Having that go-to contact, plus the quarterly check-ins is a huge bonus. It gives me a chance to provide feedback on new features and stay updated on what's coming.
Cons
I've had some issues with the survey app. Sometimes I'd create a whole survey and it would not let me save it. There have also been times when I've tried to copy a previously used survey and it did not work properly.

Reviews used to be a nightmare for everyone. But after rolling out It company-wide, the relief from both managers and employees is clear. The feedback has been great, managers love the training and ease of use and employees appreciate having access to their performance data. They feel heard through regular check-ins and we can use all that feedback for continuous improvement. The leadership team is also getting valuable insights for better decision-making.
Cons
Even though users can choose the language for the default content in the system, we had to translate our own content. It would be nice if It had a translation feature for client-created content.

we were looking for a tool that would align with our coaching strategies and It has exceeded our expectations. It's opened up spaces for employees to celebrate each other and for leaders to have meaningful performance discussions. Everyone's growing from it and the team at It has been so helpful throughout. Our account manager, Jessie Maglio was especially awesome.
Cons
It could improve in terms of capabilities and customizations but they have really listened to our feedback and are actively working on making things better.

Customer service is on point. They respond quickly or escalate issues to their engineering team and we get solutions within 24 hours. Employees find the platform easy to use and they can complete self-assessments without any problem. The chat feature is especially useful for HR staff to learn the ropes and get things done. The help articles are also super helpful and we love the updated dashboard. The engineering team's responsiveness to feature requests is great.

Using it for performance management and employee engagement has been amazing. It's a super user-friendly and aligned tool, eliminating the need for Word documents for performance reviews. I've reached out to its support many times over the last two years and their response time has always been great. They've even gone above and beyond to help me solve issues. Sometimes I have asked them to call me directly when it's something tricky to explain over text. On one occasion, I had a Teams chat with support and the IT department, where I shared my screen so they could see the issue firsthand.
Cons
I really liked when we first started using the app and had access to the articles in the Learn Library. They are still available but I miss the simplicity of the original system.

It is super easy to use. As an administrator, inputting information is simple and does not require any technical skills. We were guided by the It team during implementation and they also provided excellent training for our managers and staff.
Cons

I love the flexibility It offers. It's not strictly tied to an HRIS which gives us more options. The new features like the 9-Box, IDP, Improvement Plan and Surveys are fantastic. I especially love the recognition tool and the integration with Teams. Plus, the chat feature and live interactions are awesome!
Cons
The system can be slow and clunky at times. I'd love to see it integrate with our payroll system if we wanted. Also, creating custom reviews can take time and setting up OKRs and goals is a little tricky especially the cascading feature. I feel like there should be an easier way to set them up.

the setup and training for it were super easy and effective. We had all staff up and running with their annual reviews in just three months. The It team was incredibly helpful, hosting great training sessions. Having an online tool for continuous feedback has really helped improve performance management throughout our organization.
Cons
one thing I wish the system allowed is for staff to directly receive their 360 feedback responses. Right now, they go through the manager, who decides whether to share them.

We have been using It for over 8 years and it's been amazing to watch the platform evolve. Recently, we shared some feedback with them on features we wanted and they were able to bring our vision to life. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about client feedback and takes action on it.
Cons
We use a balanced scorecard approach to goal management, where every team member aligns their individual goals with the company's. The feature to align individual goals with company goals is good but it's hard to measure how each individual goal affects the company's overall goals. Also, some of the reporting features are cumbersome, making it tough to make data-driven decisions and track KPIs outside the system.
