confusing setup and broken updates

Pros

It did have some time-off calculation options that worked very well for us but getting everything set up was complicated and confusing.

Cons

The interface was too confusing for most users to navigate and we got a lot of complaints from employees across the board. It also couldn't handle 24-hour scheduling without a lot of extra configuration. On top of that, updates were pushed out without any warning and ended up breaking several features.

Quickbooks integration works well

Pros

Only thing that's been useful for me is the QuickBooks integration and transferring hours over is pretty easy.

Cons

Interface could be more user-friendly, with easier access to the available options.

vacation tracking that works

Pros

Submitting time-off requests and keeping an eye on pending vacation balances was very simple for our employees. The approval workflow was simple to set up and the FAQs made the whole configuration process clear and manageable.

Cons

In my point of view software would be even more complete with added features like biometric login and facial recognition to strengthen its credibility.

Easy onboarding process

Pros

Getting started with the software was very easy for me and the setup process is very simple.

Cons

There are quite a few extra features that I personally don't use but it honestly isn't a problem since I can just ignore them.
