“Workforce is awesome!
Pros
I really like the userfriendly dashboards and the overall features. I use it to keep track of my employees' timesheets and schedules.
Cons
From the admin side, Im not a fan of using the mobile app, it just doesnt feel right to me. I usually stick with the desktop version since it works better there.

“Quick, simple and cost effective
Pros
The team of experts helped us get everything set up quickly and the transition was smooth for our staff. They quickly got used to it.
Cons
So far nothing's really bugged me. I actually love that it lets people send in suggestions and that we get weekly emails showing whats been added based on feedback.

“All in one solution
Pros
Scheduling is convenient and uploading hours to ADP is super simple, besides that the vacation tracking tool is also easy to use and employees can request time off without any issues.
Cons
The way breaks are tracked could be better. I wish it would automatically calculate the pay to be deducted if someone takes longer than they're supposed to.

Pros
Its so easy to customize and filter things just the way I need them.
Cons
It would be super helpful if there was a way to view old schedules I deleted by mistake. Maybe Assistant Managers can get that option added in the future?

I love that everything updates in real time so I can always see exactly where my teammates are.
Cons
Every now and then I run into issues trying to pull up my team's timesheets. It just wont load or open.

I appreciate that I can view all my paystubs in one place. It makes things so much more organized.
Cons
Ive had trouble finding stuff since the layout isnt the easiest to deal with. Theres not much room to customise things the way I want.

What I really like is being able to hand out shifts through the app to whoever needs them this makes managing the team way easier.
Cons
Kinda disappointing that the chat option only connects me with a bot, it would be great to have an actual person respond. Also theres no free trial which is a letdown.

This tool pulls together all the random bits of info we used to keep all over the place i love how everythings in one spot which makes saving time and keeping everyone in the loop way easier.
Cons
With the old tool my team could instantly view updates on schedules as I made them but with Workforce I have to publish everything after changes which isn't bad, just something Ive got to remember to do.

Pros
What helps me most is how simple it is to see whos working when and how I can adjust things to fit everyones needs without making a mess of the schedule.
Cons
Figuring out which section I need to check to see if my team is sticking to their hours can get a bit confusing sometimes. I wish it was more clear where to find that info.
