When I buy anything besides gift cards almost all of the products seem overpriced. Occasionally there's a discount yet they still often end up much more expensive when I compare that same product at other online retailers.

One issue I'd like addressed is a clear, prominent option on the website for extending points that are close to expiring. Also I think the site needs to fully align with accessibility standards such as offering an easy way to adjust font sizes or switch contrast colours for better readability.

What I really like is how simple it is to acknowledge a coworker and give them kudos for all their hard work. The site is super easy to move around so it's very user-friendly. On top of that, the storefront offers a wide variety of choices which I always appreciate!

Sometimes I wish the storefront filters offered more choices. I also get annoyed that the filters disappear whenever I pick a category, it would be great if they stayed applied but aside from that quirk the experience is really great.
