Pros
What I've noticed is a clear boost in employee experience. Engagement tools highlight recognition, weekly surveys help ensure fairness and performance visibility makes it easier for me to reward people properly.
Cons
In my experience customer support responds slowly to tickets because they operate with limited hours and when I submit an urgent issue it can take up to three days to be resolved which is frustrating when problems are time-sensitive.

Pros
In my opinion this product fits our needs well especially when it comes to running surveys. It does exactly what our team was looking for.
Cons
From my experience the account manager seems unfamiliar with the finer points of the product and isn't very helpful. They keep sending links to knowledge-base articles instead of guiding me step-by-step and won't walk through a problem with me. Also when I submit a support request it doesn't display the subject line or the question I asked so I have to keep recalling and restating my previous queries which is frustrating and inefficient.

Pros
For my daily work moving through the software feels natural. Connecting it with other HR systems like Bamboo and SAP has been helpful, the mobile app runs smoothly, storage holds long-term records and reminders keep me on track.
Cons
I noticed there's no AI-powered assistance available and the platform doesn't accept every file format I try to upload. Also the performance appraisal workflow feels poorly handled because once I've submitted reports they become inaccessible to employees which complicates review transparency and follow-up.

Pros
Based on my experience very little training was needed for my employees. The ready-made questions fit current needs well which made rollout faster for me.
Cons
One thing I wish is that there were more automatic reminders for inactive users..... right now I have to leave the system to chase people down and prompt them to complete surveys.

Pros
Using this platform I've been able to create modules, full courses and even small game-style quizzes for practice. It's been a great way for me to coach students and the analytics help me see progress clearly while keeping learning engaging and motivating.
Cons
What I'm missing is a built-in option to interact remotely with my students. I have to rely on a separate third-party application to do that.

“Fast setup with flexible approvals
Pros
Starting out the design caught my attention right away and getting comfortable with it didn't take long for me. Setting everything up was quick and connecting it with our HR system plus syncing data happened in just one day. I like that I can adjust compensation structures, pay ranges and approval flows which has saved my team and managers a lot of time compared to spreadsheets.
Cons
I haven't come across any missing critical features and I appreciate that the product roadmap is active, they regularly introduce new features and improvements.

What stands out to me is how clean everything looks and how easy it is to work with. I can match the platform to our brand, use the built-in quizzes and whenever I've needed help, support has responded quickly and effectively.

Pros
Wearing both admin and user hats the platform has felt very manageable for me. Help is always close by and the short tutorials walk me through features without overwhelming me. It really feels well thought out.
Cons
I've noticed only a handful of clients have trouble accessing the platform. Didacte walked me through the reasons and showed how to improve accessibility. There's supposed to be a tutorial capsule covering this topic but I haven't watched it yet.

Pros
From my side giving and receiving feedback with peers and managers feels smooth and organized. I also like having control over the stats which lets me review and manage data without extra effort.
Cons
Sometimes I find myself having to tap an answer twice before it actually registers and that can be a little annoying when I'm trying to go through things quickly.
