“Fantastic product but pricey
Pros
The interface is really clean and easy to use. E-Verify is included and automatically done which saves a lot of time. Plus, it's mobile friendly and supports unlimited users.
Cons
It's very pricey compared to similar options. There's no month-to-month option and the annual price is based on how many new hires you have. When you have as many as we do, it doesn't make a lot of sense financially.

Pros
I don't have to worry about employee files piling up in my filing cabinet anymore! The team was very friendly and helped me get my HRCloud system set up quickly.
Cons
I wish there was more employee interaction and it would be great if I could keep adding to their employee file even after they're hired.

“Perfect for all our needs
Pros
Getting started was way easier than I thought. We started fresh with no old systems or processes, so figuring out what we needed was the hardest part. Once we got that sorted, we set everything up in HRCloud in just a couple of days (working part-time). We had a few back-and-forths with their onboarding team but everything turned out great in the end. It's flexible, easy to use and completely paperless which was a huge win for us. We're a small but growing tech business and we use it every day. The onboarding and support were awesome too and they always overdeliver.
Cons
We don't have many complaints. Like most complex software, there are times when we know what we want to do but can't quite figure out where to click or find the right link (we learned about it in training but can't recall where exactly). I'm sure they'll improve it over time but it's already really good.

“Best onboarding solution we could ask for
Pros
It's easy to use, both for admins and users. We use Onboard for all our new hires, making it easy to complete paperwork, share company info and set expectations for their first day. I also love that we can customize the look and branding. Their team is helpful and makes the onboarding process stress-free.
Cons
The ADP integration had a few bugs at first but nothing HRCloud couldn't fix once I brought it up. They responded right away and I have no complaints.

“I regret not using HR Cloud earlier
Pros
I absolutely love the workflow automation and it really saves my time. The fact that everything is compliant is also a huge plus (no headaches down the road). As the owner of an agency that's growing fast, I really appreciate the out-of-the-box workflow HRCloud provides. For example, onboarding used to be just a basic Google Doc checklist (which wasn't always up to date or professional) but now it's a sleek, automated new hire dashboard that ensures compliance with all the necessary docs (like i9 / eVerify). I also use HRCloud's "People" app to keep my org chart updated in real time. It's great for sharing team info with new hires so they can get to know everyone, which makes the onboarding process smoother and more welcoming especially since we have a distributed team.
Cons
When I first started using HRCloud, they didn't have all the integrations they offer today. One thing I wish they had earlier was an applicant tracking system. I'm really looking forward to their own ATS launching so I can consolidate all my HR tools into one platform.

“Automates complex tasks & tracks everything
Pros
Onboarding is a complex process that involves several groups and strict legal requirements. It's also one of the first ways a new employee experiences the company. It helps us automate all these processes with full audit tracking and reporting, all while giving new hires a modern, convenient experience.
Cons
No system is perfect (if there was, we'd all be using it), so you really need to invest time in defining and maintaining your onboarding processes upfront to ensure your team members have a smooth experience. But honestly, that's more about the business process than the software itself.

“Excellent product and excellent service
Pros
It's user friendly and the customer service is excellent. Entering employee info, documentation and notes is easy. It's also easy to explain how to use the system to employees when they get their info to complete.
Cons
Sometimes I struggle with figuring out how to fix a task I might have done wrong but with the great customer service, they've always helped me out each time.

The interface is clean and lets users easily navigate between tasks and portals. The portals themselves are neat and organized.
Cons
It's tricky to input forms and tasks. Sometimes the forms mess up and the tasks don't integrate with other platforms. Also some of the mandatory fields are unnecessary.

“Practical, efficient & tidy solution
Pros
I love how easy it is to use, process the paperwork to get employees onboard, and handle time off. The ability to use time-off balances for salaried employees is also really helpful. Plus, resetting passwords is a total breeze.
Cons
The password requirements can be a little hard to remember which is good for security but a lot of employees end up getting locked out of their accounts.
