Pros
WorkMotion's been great because it covers a bunch of countries. They've been pretty reliable when it comes to making sure folks get paid on time, too.
Cons
The price jump this year was a lot. It felt kinda harsh, especially since we didn't really see anything new that made it feel worth the extra cost.

“Eases hiring on a global level
Pros
I run a mid sized digital agency in Barcelona and what stood out to me most was how easy this platform made it to hire folks remotely in Germany. Dealing with legal stuff in another country can be a headache but their platform made it smooth. Support was awesome too, fast and super clear every time I needed help.
Cons
What bugged me the most with this tool was that it didn't really fit in with the tools we already use. We had to type in the same info in two places which got old fast. Also think the way they price stuff could be better for companies that aren't super big or super small, kinda stuck in the middle like us.

Pros
What's worked well for me is how quickly they handle contracts and answer questions. Support has always been easy to reach when something comes up.
Cons
So far I haven't had any problems. It's all online and super easy to do things which I really like.

Pros
I really like using WorkMotion. It's laid out in a way that just makes sense. I can see everything, vacation time, pay info and docs, all in one spot. And any time I've had a question, they've been quick to jump in and help.
Cons
I just wish using it on my phone felt better. It's kinda clunky and slow when I try to do stuff on mobile. Would be nice if that part was cleaned up a bit.

“Global hiring made easy
Pros
Hiring globally can get pretty tricky but this software has made it way easier. Their team was really supportive during the whole process and the platform has everything you need when bringing someone new onboard.
Cons
The platform's got a lot to offer which is cool but getting new people trained takes longer than I thought it would. It's not super fast to learn, so you gotta set aside extra time for that.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how smooth the whole onboarding part was. Everything was explained clearly from the start and whenever I had a question, they answered right away. Felt like they really care about making people feel welcome.
Cons
I think the only small issue I've run into is the wait time when there's a change needed in payroll, especially when it depends on outside stuff like HMRC updates. I get that it's not really in WorkMotion's hands but it still gets a little frustrating. That said, the team does a great job keeping me posted, so I don't feel totally left in the dark.
