My company works with frequent employee position swapping. We use more generic engagement tools like �payroll@teamworks� or �benefits@teamworks.com.� This allows my team to have smoother internal employee movement without causing challenges for third party users.

Pros
I like how responsive they are and how they work with my needs. It makes everything run smoother for me.
Cons
To add new services, I have to follow up. They don't push me to add their other services which can be good but if I want them, it's on me to take the initiative.

The team gets back to me promptly and submitting reimbursements is very easy which I really like.

“Needs a more flexible PTO request process
Pros
I consistently received quick responses to my requests for assistance and troubleshooting. This is much appreciated as I like to solve issues quickly and not have to wait or go back to things multiple times.
Cons
I'd like to see a more great PTO request process. For example, being able to adjust employee requests without having to deny them and send them back would be useful for me.

Pros
I find it great that they were referred to me by my accountant, who said they were good and they truly are. Things were easy and I got support from my point of contact with just a simple text message. I've also received quarterly emails asking for clarification on my payroll and taxes.
Cons
The online portion was hard to make work but I think that's more due to my situation as a one person company than any issues with Teamworks Group software.

It's so easy to use. I've called them often, even after hours and they always respond with the help I need and give suggestions on how to improve payroll or HR processes.
Cons

“Teamworks payroll saves time

This tool helps tremendously with my hectic schedule. It's easy to use and maximizes my time. The number one reason we stay with this tool is for the customer service. Our rep is a rockstar!
Cons
Reports have been an issue for me since the last upgrade. I've had trouble pulling them but I'm really thankful for our rep. Customer support has the patience to help me get what I need.

Quick responses to customer service related issues make everything run smoothly for me.
Cons
New employee onboarding hasn't been the best and needs some improvement in my opinion. There's no follow up with new employees on the use of the timeclock software, making sure they have access to everything to get started, etc.

“Efficient for administrative tasks
Pros
We've tried multiple other payroll companies but after signing up with this tool, so much has been lifted off my plate. My administrative tasks are now a one person job and having their team behind me has been the best decision we've made this year. I no longer have to worry about payroll taxes, the payroll entry is simple and the software is very user friendly. Not to mention, if I ever have any questions, they respond almost immediately and always in the friendliest manner.
Cons
I think they should improve the timeliness of payroll deposits. Some days it's a day before payday and other times it's the day of. I noticed it would pay employees two days early which was really nice and was always consistent, so employees could count on it.
