Dependable service for business critical functions

Pros

You know, when you run a business, you quickly learn what you can't afford to have fail. This service handles one of those absolutely critical elements and it's been rock-solid. I never have to sweat it. That kind of dependability is exactly what I need and I don't take it for granted. Seriously, thank you

Cons

My company works with frequent employee position swapping. We use more generic engagement tools like payroll@teamworks or benefits@teamworks.com. This allows my team to have smoother internal employee movement without causing challenges for third party users.

Responsive team that makes everything run smoothly

Pros

I like how responsive they are and how they work with my needs. It makes everything run smoother for me.

Cons

To add new services, I have to follow up. They don't push me to add their other services which can be good but if I want them, it's on me to take the initiative.
