“feature rich and compliance friendly tool”
Pros
There are tons of useful features and it works well for me. It's easy to navigate, keeps everyone updated and helps with compliance which is a big deal for us.
Cons
Even though the system is set up well and the functionality is great, it does take a little getting used to. But the more I use it, the easier it becomes.
