solid recruiting features with helpful reports

Pros

I really like the recruiting features especially how simple the calendar scheduling is. There's a solid pool of candidates to choose from and adjusting the search parameters is easy. The anonymous feedback feature is one of the standout benefits this platform offers. Those benchmark reports are essential for monitoring how each facility is performing. I rely on them to help my managers identify improvement areas for their teams. We've actually launched several new initiatives based on the insights we've gotten.

Cons

umm sometimes it a lot of time to load and I get it that there's tons of data but it times out on me way too often. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies like they suggested, but the problem keeps happening. Really wish the calendar could sync with Google so I wouldn't have to check the app as much. Also, it's not very clear when promotions happen or when people move between facilities.

Highlights most important information for me

Pros

The interface is very user-friendly and makes moving around very convenient. I really appreciate how the feedback is presented clearly, highlighting the most important information so I can quickly understand what matters most.

Cons

I can view all departments under my supervisor which makes it messy when I'm trying to filter feedback and data that's only relevant to my division.

Pros

Appreciate how this tool lets me speed up organizational changes by capturing feedback from everyone in real-time, from frontline workers to management.

Cons

Getting feedback through this can sometimes trigger knee-jerk reactions if you're not being mindful about how you process it

Vague survey questions

Pros

It automatically sends reminders to staff when they need to fill out questionnaires keeping everyone on track without me having to chase people down.

Cons

The survey questions are pretty vague and some of our staff struggle to give complete answers since they're not sure what's being asked.

Useful for tracking performance

Pros

I find it really useful for tracking how different job roles are performing and identifying where each position might need some improvement or support.

Cons

I wish it tracked employee insights beyond just the 30, 60, and 90-day marks, getting a fuller picture after someone's been with us for a year would be really valuable for understanding long-term retention patterns.

Exceptional Support !

Pros

The platform is really solid overall and even when there are limitations, the customer success team more than makes up for it. They're always eager to work with us on finding new solutions.

Cons

It can be a bit slow when navigating between pages and loading times can be frustrating. I wish there were more flexible date range options instead of just the last 90 or 180 days. Being able to compare data from the same period last year would be really helpful for spotting seasonal patterns and trends.
