“Workstream is fantastic
Pros
It's easy to use and integrates perfectly with our company software. With just a few clicks, I can go from recruiting to evaluating candidates and setting up interviews without any issue.
Cons
We ran into an issue with the I9 part of the software but the support team quickly teamed up with the engineers and helped resolve it.

“I'm happy with this!
Pros
We use this to manage the application process for our business. It speeds things up and takes a load off our plate when new applicants come in. It lets us screen applicants and they can only move forward to schedule an interview if they answer key questions correctly like when they're available to work and how many hours they can commit.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any major cons at the moment.

“Always bringing in fresh candidates
Pros
The applicant flow is fantastic. We rarely find ourselves short on applicants for any of our more than 100 positions.
Cons
When we find a good representative for our company, they frequently end up changing fast. It would be great if internal turnover was smoother and if reassignment was based on past needs and whether the new rep can meet those needs.
