“Work Tango makes employee recognition meaningful and easy!
Pros
The WorkTango platform really makes it easy for me, as a supervisor to recognize performance, milestones and more for staff. Also it is very simple. Plus, employees can use the points in a way that is personally customized to them.
Cons
WorkTango is not cheap, so we have had to be mindful of our participation but the value has proven to be worth more than the cost.

Pros
I love how user friendly this program is! Most of our staff can access it without needing help. Occasionally, the app crashes but it is usually fixed by signing back in.
Cons
I have no real complaints. There are a lot of notifications but that just comes with the territory.

Being able to recognize and reward our employees is important to our success as an organization. Well, WorkTango assist us in all this!
Cons
I wish there were an option to post pictures on the platform. We host various employee meetings and events and it would be nice to share them across the organization.

Pros
A colleague in the same industry but a different organization recommended WorkTango to me. The difference between our previous vendor and WorkTango was amazing. The flexibility in the setup, the platform and the ability to access data in various ways was a complete game-changer for us. The platform is easy to use and the data options seem endless. I also really liked the support we received from WorkTango during setup and the thorough overview and analysis they provided afterward.
Cons
Honestly, I cannot think of anything except that the contract signing required a bit of back and forth.

WorkTango is very easy to use and I really like the analytics.
Cons
It is quite expensive and does not integrate with other systems. Customer service was better when we first started three years ago and when the model changed, there was not enough communication about it. I also think the improvement plans could be more comprehensive with options beyond articles. Adding supervisor or manager training videos would be helpful.

Its surprisngly easy to use. I can teach myself and get it down in just a few minutes.
Cons
The catalog is very expensive. Also I do not hear many employees talk about redeeming points, and I suspect its because everything requires so many points.
