Installation was not hard and the set up process couldn't be simpler. The monitoring capabilities cover practically everything we need. This solution exceeded what we were looking for, plus the reporting features are top-notch and customer support has been excellent.

Cons

The only real downside is that the Partner portal hasn't been released for MSP companies yet

The reporting features are solid especially the CSV export functionality. I appreciate that it tracks activity even during RDP connections, which is perfect for our hybrid work setup. Support team responds quickly and provides helpful assistance.

The interface could use some work but honestly thats about it, everything else functions pretty smoothly.
