The time tracking accuracy is spot-on. We depend on it for payroll and overtime calculations and it's really cut down on mistakes in those areas. Scrolling through is not complicated and I can find everything easily. The transparency it provides has definitely boosted accountability around here. Customer support is solid too.

Some team members initially felt the monitoring features were a bit intrusive and worried about micromanagement though we worked through those concerns with open communication.

Reporting features have been a huge hit with our clients since we started using this during Covid. Deployment is easy from an IT standpoint and it is very affordable. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for employee monitoring that doesn't feel intrusive.

Sometimes it's tough to delete old computer data and you have to contact support for help.

Installation was not hard and the set up process couldn't be simpler. The monitoring capabilities cover practically everything we need. This solution exceeded what we were looking for, plus the reporting features are top-notch and customer support has been excellent.

The only real downside is that the Partner portal hasn't been released for MSP companies yet
