Everything is tracked automatically. I dont have to gather the information myself. The system takes care of it. I'm not a fan of repetitive tasks.

It records working hours automatically, so there's no need to remember and log them manually. The system collects information in real time. I can easily see when an employee started working, for example if someone started at 12:00 instead of 9:00

When an employee uses two computers, the system can track both devices. However, it wasn't very clear how to set this up. I had to contact technical support to get it configured

The time tracking accuracy is spot-on. We depend on it for payroll and overtime calculations and it's really cut down on mistakes in those areas. Scrolling through is not complicated and I can find everything easily. The transparency it provides has definitely boosted accountability around here. Customer support is solid too.

I mainly rely on this for monitoring when my team is active versus idle. Having attendance calculated from active time feels really fair to everyone here at USTech. The customer support is outstanding too.
