WorkTime Features
Attendance Monitoring
This feature automatically tracks employee attendance by recording computer login and logout times. It provides clear reports showing when employees start and end their workday, helping managers monitor punctuality and presence without manual check-ins, for both remote and in-office staff.
Productivity Monitoring
WorkTime evaluates employee productivity by analyzing the applications and websites they use. Administrators can classify sites and apps as "productive" or "unproductive" to generate data-driven reports, set performance goals, and track progress toward improving overall team efficiency.
Active/Idle Time Monitoring
The software clearly distinguishes between the time an employee is actively using their computer and when it is idle. This provides managers with a precise measure of engagement during work hours and helps identify patterns of inactivity across individuals or departments.
Internet Use Monitoring
This feature tracks all internet activity on company computers, including websites visited and the duration of each visit. It also monitors time spent in online meetings and on social networking sites, offering insights into how online resources are utilized during work hours.
Remote And In-Office Monitoring
Using IP addresses, WorkTime identifies whether an employee is working from the office or a remote location. This allows for direct performance comparisons between different work environments, helping managers make informed decisions about hybrid and remote work policies.

This is the best on the market for me. It is focused on productivity and respects employee privacy. I like that I see numbers not screenshots of someone drinking coffee or picking their nose.
Cons
There are a lot of features, but I needed some time to figure them out and understand how they work and I need them

“WorkTime
Pros
It records working hours automatically, so there's no need to remember and log them manually. The system collects information in real time. I can easily see when an employee started working, for example if someone started at 12:00 instead of 9:00
Cons
When an employee uses two computers, the system can track both devices. However, it wasn't very clear how to set this up. I had to contact technical support to get it configured
