What I like about Worky

Pros

Whenever I need to request time off or ask for a refund, I just submit it through the system and keep track of everything right there. Following up on any issue is super convenient.

Cons

The popups about updates come way too often. I get that updates are important but seeing those notifications all the time can get kinda annoying.

Really good support!

Pros

What I enjoy the most is how flexible the app is. It's very easy to handle all kinds of tasks. I had a quick question once, so I spoke with one of the center's execs and they cleared it up right away. The one who supported me during training, she was awesome. Always helpful, very accommodating with scheduling and explained everything clearly plus she was patient and answered all my questions without hesitation. Made the whole launch process at my company way smoother.

Cons

I haven't actually started using the platform yet since we're launching it next week. But during setup, the one thing I wish I had more control over is how employee names show up. Personally I'd prefer to sort them by last name, mother's last name and then first name. I don't always remember someone by their first name, so it'd be nice if the admin could customize the display however they want.

Solved our everyday issues

Pros

It has made our daily work so much simpler. Everything just feels clean, organized and easy for everyone to use.

Cons

I think it would be awesome if they added a "recognitions" feature. A place to highlight shout outs or appreciation would really add a nice touch.

Noticed a positive shift after using this

Pros

Things used to be a mess in our marketing team, bad HR management, people quitting often, key team members stuck with no growth and no control over schedules. Once we got Worky, it was a total game changer. We stopped juggling Excel sheets for stuff like time off, hiring, payroll, now it's all in one place and very easy to handle.

Cons

Getting started was kind of rough, not gonna lie. Our admin system before Worky was a mess, so we had to dig up a bunch of old info to get everything set up properly.

My experience using Worky so far

Pros

One thing I love is how fast the system updates every transaction, it's always up to date. They're always adding improvements. It was easy to start using it, and now we manage time off and permissions without any issues. Plus, the platform's always online and ready.

Cons

A few things bug me for example I can't just download old reports straight from the sit, secondly I have trouble locating incidents and thirdly, the employee congratulations messages could really be in a more noticeable spot, they're kinda hidden right now.

Does a good job managing HR stuff

Pros

Using this tool is very simple. It's really easy to work with and honestly, it barely ever gives us any trouble.

Cons

In the attendance report, it only shows vacations but doesn't list other types of absences. Would be helpful to see everything there.

It helped us grow smarter

Pros

It's helped a lot with managing payroll. We don't need a big team now to keep everything on track which has saved us time and effort.

Cons

There are a few features we really need for our business that still aren't there. Hoping the team picks up the pace on building those out.

Pros

Works great all around

Pros

I love how it's all organized by sections. Since I'm in HR, having everything in one place makes my life easier and helps me keep track of things much better.

Cons

Uploading individual data or rolling out surveys can be tricky at first. But with time and a little practice, it starts to get easier.

Pros

Easy to use and help's always there

Pros

It is really easy to work with and pretty solid overall. Customer support is great whenever I need help. For the price, it's totally worth it. Everything works well and makes things easier for both us and the admins.
