Worky Features
Payroll receipts
Worky features payroll receipts that centralize delivery, letting employees view, download, and sign their pay documents online. This eliminates manual handling, reduces mistakes, and speeds access. Administrators can track digital signatures and download reports showing signature type and timing—improving transparency and confirming receipt.
Automated Reports
The software’s automated reports gather and store employee data securely in the cloud, delivering real-time summaries of attendance, turnover, demographics, and labor incidents. You receive anonymous climate survey insights week by week. These reports reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and help monitor workforce productivity and engagement.
Documents And Digital Signatures
Worky lets you generate documents like contracts or certificates using employee data and request up to three secure digital signatures (simple or advanced), capturing IP, device, time, RFC/CURP, and consent. Notifications and reminders ensure timely signing—and all documents stay legally valid and traceable.
Organization Chart
Users can automatically build an up-to-date organizational chart when they assign managers and team members. This displays photos, roles, departments, and direct reports, allowing everyone to view the company structure. Information is drawn from employee records, making access transparent, current, and universally available.
Recruitment
The platform centralizes recruitment workflows—create job openings, enable one-click applications, and track candidate progress through defined interview steps. It auto-generates a careers page and retains applicant data in one platform. This streamlines hiring, boosts visibility, and reduces manual tracking efforts for HR teams.

“What I like about Worky”
Pros
Whenever I need to request time off or ask for a refund, I just submit it through the system and keep track of everything right there. Following up on any issue is super convenient.
Cons
The popups about updates come way too often. I get that updates are important but seeing those notifications all the time can get kinda annoying.

“My experience using Worky so far”
Pros
One thing I love is how fast the system updates every transaction, it's always up to date. They're always adding improvements. It was easy to start using it, and now we manage time off and permissions without any issues. Plus, the platform's always online and ready.
Cons
A few things bug me for example I can't just download old reports straight from the sit, secondly I have trouble locating incidents and thirdly, the employee congratulations messages could really be in a more noticeable spot, they're kinda hidden right now.

“Noticed a positive shift after using this”
Pros
Things used to be a mess in our marketing team, bad HR management, people quitting often, key team members stuck with no growth and no control over schedules. Once we got Worky, it was a total game changer. We stopped juggling Excel sheets for stuff like time off, hiring, payroll, now it's all in one place and very easy to handle.
Cons
Getting started was kind of rough, not gonna lie. Our admin system before Worky was a mess, so we had to dig up a bunch of old info to get everything set up properly.
