“Production Payroll Done Right

Pros

I've never worked with a company that actually listens to my feedback and then adds the features I ask for. My account manager meetings are always helpful and I always leave feeling confident about managing payroll properly.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with Blinkbid which is disappointing for my workflow, though it does connect with Hot Budget.

Pros

The payroll features have really helped us get more done, the onboarding QR codes and automation make everything run so much smoother. For me, payroll used to take forever but now it's quick and efficient, leaving us more time for other important things. Everyone on the team is friendly and always ready to help whenever we need it. They're constantly updating things in ways that actually make sense for our work which shows they really get it.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have much to complain about with this platform.

“Excellent Payroll Management tool

Pros

Finally found a system that actually works for production payroll. Onboarding and verifying workers is so easy, on top of that, processing timecards is so quick and efficient and honestly, this beats every other service by far.

Cons

The support team is responsive and usually gets back to me the same day when I run into problems. They're always updating the platform based on what users are asking for which I really appreciate.

“Payroll Made Simple with This Switch

Pros

What I love the most is how easy it is to get our crew set up with all the paperwork they need for each shoot. Before switching to this system, we had a non digital system that made payroll processing a nightmare. Now everything goes so much faster since crew members can handle everything through the app or website. Our representative Marti has been amazing whenever there's an issue, she and the support team jump right on it to sort it out.

Cons

I can't think of anything I really dislike about this platform. Whenever we've had issues, they're resolved quickly. The customer support is amazing and it's great knowing that help is always there when I need it.

I've been working with this team since they started and their dedication is incredible. Theyre always taking client feedback into account when making updates, so we get regular improvements that actually solve real problems. Whenever I have questions, they respond quickly and even walk me through new features on personalized video calls. What blows me away is that they often roll out improvements I didnt even realize I needed until I see them in action. It has become essential for every project we handle. Our project management teams save 2-3 days per project which is huge for us. The reporting features are awesome too and theyve customized them to fit our budgeting and archival systems, so everything shows exactly how we need it. The interface is clean, easy to learn and theyre always quick to respond when issues pop up. Im confident that if anything goes wrong, theyll work with me to fix it, ensuring I can keep using their service smoothly no matter how the project requirements change.

Cons

I dont think I have come across any major issues. I would love to see them add talent and agent features though that would make this our go to for everything.
