“Very hard to navigate

Pros

What I like about Xenqu is its integration with our CRM system.

Cons

It is quite hard to navigate unless you are in the admin settings. Also it doesnot notify you when candidates view or complete documents.

The document upload format is clean and simple, making it easy for us to review items and an error-proof system for collecting signatures.

Cons

In the beginning setup was quite challenging with many moving parts but the end result definitely justifies the effort.

It is good that it can sync with Salesforce for I9 compliance.

The software was very inconsistent and we struggled to fully implement it as a permanent replacement for Pandadoc.

Xenqu makes it incredibly easy for me to gather all the necessary credentials in one place.

It takes some time to get used to the software's layout and organization and it's not the most user friendly.

I like how this software is accessible remotely and easy for our caregivers to use.

The software's speed is very inconsistent. Some days it works perfectly while other days it's really slow.
