Pros

The document upload format is clean and simple, making it easy for us to review items and an error-proof system for collecting signatures.

Cons

In the beginning setup was quite challenging with many moving parts but the end result definitely justifies the effort.

What I like about Xenqu is its integration with our CRM system.

Cons

It is quite hard to navigate unless you are in the admin settings. Also it doesnot notify you when candidates view or complete documents.

It is good that it can sync with Salesforce for I9 compliance.

Cons

The software was very inconsistent and we struggled to fully implement it as a permanent replacement for Pandadoc.
