Pros
As a former partner at a prestigious law firm who recently started my own venture, I was seeking software that is easy to use and takes care of the fundamental aspects of time recording. This software has been incredibly helpful in setting up clients and matters, recording time, and keeping track of important details without overwhelming complexity. However, it's evident that there is a wealth of advanced capabilities to explore for those interested in maximizing the product's analytical potential. It features a colorful and well-presented interface that feels almost enjoyable to use.
Cons
During login, I faced a couple of issues like password recognition errors. At one point, I had a wonderful feature that broke down time recordings on a daily basis and provided project-specific narratives, allowing me to generate a comprehensive PDF for clients. Unfortunately, I lost access to that capability and would love to find out how to retrieve it.
