This software has been incredibly helpful in setting up clients and matters, recording time, and keeping track of important details without overwhelming complexity. However, it's evident that there is a wealth of advanced capabilities to explore for those interested in maximizing the product's analytical potential. It features a colorful and well-presented interface that feels almost enjoyable to use.
Cons
During login, I faced a couple of issues like password recognition errors. At one point, I had a wonderful feature that broke down time recordings on a daily basis and provided project-specific narratives, allowing me to generate a comprehensive PDF for clients. Unfortunately, I lost access to that capability and would love to find out how to retrieve it.
