Support has been outstanding since rollout and I find Lauren Tafoya's responsiveness and helpfulness particularly impressive, the platform also provides multiple ways to train our team and meets customization requests beyond expectations, remaining user-friendly across campus or remotely.
Cons
With integrations I want connection to HireVue and Workday.

“Easy interview scheduling
Pros
Scheduling features only for phone and video interviews are very convenient and I find them easy to use.
Cons
For me the interface isn't as simple as I'd hoped. Certain parts of the app feel illogical, like when I'm assigning evaluations. It would really help if the workflow were more feasible and required fewer clicks to finish a basic task still I enjoy using it and it accomplishes what I need.

Pros
I find the self-scheduling tool saves a lot of time. And I find tagging, folding and campaign metrics very useful for keeping my pipeline organized.
Cons
Sometimes the submission dashboard's candidate sorting and filtering feels glitchy and doesn't surface the reasons I'm trying to find which can be frustrating when I'm trying to understand decisions. I do appreciate that they're aware of this and are working on fixes.
