“scheduling with HackerRank and Zoom
Pros
Scheduling is feasible with the HackerRank integration and Zoom links and I find it helpful that messages can be sent from a generic corporate email using customizable templates.
Cons
I think candidates might feel disconnected when the communications come from an automated system instead of the actual HR email address because it can make the process feel impersonal and less engaging.

“simplified candidate registration
Pros
Candidate registration for booths whether physical or virtual is simplified and I find organizing that data behind the scenes very easy.
Cons
Right now there isn't an API connection available for any third-party vendor. For us it would be both challenging and costly to integrate this tool with our ATS, their suggested approach uses flat files which immediately triggers numerous data security and compliance concerns for us.

“iPads ease event check-ins
Pros
With this software check-ins are simple and smooth using iPads which makes the whole process quick and hassle-free. I also love that it helps follow up with participants automatically to encourage applications..it keeps people engaged without me having to chase anyone down.
Cons
I've found the app itself to be quite glitch-prone, we get locked out frequently and when the Wi-Fi is weak there's virtually nothing we can do. I'm also disappointed that it doesn't offer a resume-parsing feature which many other platforms already provide.

Pros
Monitoring on-campus recruiting events is convenient and I find it feasible to view and download candidate details and metrics.
Cons
Really frustrated by the limited set of prewritten email templates. I wish there were more generic messaging options I could use when emailing people at my company.

“ATS sync simplifies pipeline
Pros
Syncing with our ATS (Greenhouse) keeps every attendee flowing into the system and I find reviewing and moving candidates through the pipeline much easier. The account manager Renee has been responsive and helpful and I appreciate the modern image we present by using iPads and tailored information for each event.
Cons
As someone who's done campus recruiting for over six years it really bothers me that students aren't able to take a photo of their resume while they're checking in making us capture that after they submit their details creates extra, unnecessary work for employers and just feels illogical. The UI/UX could be much better even though I'm fairly tech savvy and pick things up on my own, this product definitely needs training and clear guides because parts of it, like building campaigns, aren't very simple. I'd also love the option to schedule an automatic follow-up email to everyone you met at an event thanking them for stopping by instead of having to send it manually afterwards. It would be a big time-saver if the vendor offered pre-built branded templates for emails and campaigns so we didn't have to rely on our internal marketing team to create them from scratch.

“Pre-registration and scheduling easy
Pros
Pre-registration for events is useful and I find searching, filtering and sending emails or texts simple with scheduling becoming quick to set up.
Cons
I'd like the scheduling tool to offer greater flexibility so I can directly book candidates while also letting them pick their own slots at the same time. Right now it feels a bit limited and doesn't support simultaneous direct scheduling and self-selection.

Pros
Modernizing university relations recruiting is easier with this tool and I find the mobile app simple once explored.
Cons
Sometimes when I'm building out collection and evaluation forms, the whole process feels really tough from the user's perspective. Reporting and the CRM checklist either don't exist or require extra time to bill and are not automated as well

Pros
Career fairs run smoothly because candidates are captured quickly and I find the self-scheduling feature keeps the hiring pipeline moving efficiently, the customer service team is also very helpful.
Cons
I've noticed the tool struggles with making changes from year to year and it doesn't give us a good way to retain older data. Because we can't remove certain items a lot of stuff ends up marked as 'old' even though we no longer use it.

Cons

End-to-end solutions simplify event workflows and I find keeping all candidate communications in a single repository very convenient, with export and data manipulation features saving additional time.
Cons
Personally I rely on this tool for the majority of tasks I need to tackle. I'm hoping they can build stronger integration with WorkDay because that would make me seriously consider a deeper integration down the road.

Data querying is powerful and I find the platform simple, visually appealing and easy to navigate making the overall experience very feasible.
Cons
To get a smooth experience I had to integrate it with Workday which is essentially required. That integration is costly and brings extra fees and setup expenses on the Workday end.

The extensive information repository is valuable and I find building exactly what I need for each event simple, the support team is consistently responsive.
Cons
Sometimes I find the site sluggish and I wish it didn't log me out so often. Making changes especially when updating schedules, can be real tough and it usually takes me longer to adjust existing schedules than it did to create them in the first place.

Wide-ranging services are included and I find the platform offers far more than competitors.
Cons
Personally I find the tool is priced very steeply and I keep having to justify that cost to my managers repeatedly. On top of that I wish it connected more smoothly with Workday so integration would be simpler.

Working with excellent Client Success Managers has been a plus and I find Jennings Wynn's collaborative approach and onsite training sessions especially worthwhile, the Help Desk, led by Imani, is incredibly responsive and reliable.
Cons

My account representative Aaron Adams is hands-down the highlight of working with this tool. He knows the platform inside and out and takes the time to help us apply the technology so we can rethink how our company attracts, communicates with and manages candidate interactions on campus. Having joined Conagra just over six months ago as the Recruiting Programs Manager, I was determined to get a great grasp of the platform and its features. Aaron invested more than ten hours walking me through the system and is consistently available to answer questions (the this tool support team has been excellent, too). He's clearly proud of his work and routinely goes the extra mile to deliver the best customer service I've experienced in the decade I've been partnering with vendors in the campus recruiting space. Aaron's eye for detail is remarkable, I value how thorough his follow-up notes are because they let me quickly refresh my memory on anything we've covered. His critical thinking stands out, he can take a complicated question, break it into understandable pieces and give thorough explanations about the tool's capabilities and how those capabilities will fit into the many nuances of our complex campus processes. Above all, Aaron's behavior shows he genuinely cares about our success and treats it as his own, we genuinely feel like he's part of the Conagra family. Working with him has been a true pleasure and we're excited to continue the partnership. On the product side, this tool itself has been fantastic for our campus team, it has allowed us to automate portions of our campus workflow. We're now able to complete candidate evaluations within the system, enable candidates to self-schedule interviews and leverage data analytics to measure ROI and see how effective each event is at building our candidate pipeline.
