“Accurate leave calculation with minor glitches

Pros

I currently use a different HR platform with another company but I really liked how Youmanage automatically calculated leave entitlement. The reporting tool was also a great asset.

Cons

Occasionally the platform experiences glitches especially when checking leave balances or sending emails to employees.

I have used this software before and the team is great as they always responsive to user needs like when they implemented a document file structure.

Cons

There's really nothing major to complain about we think it's great overall. Sure, extra features like an expenses module would be nice, but honestly, no complaints here.

It is user-friendly and employees also find it easy to use. Plus it allows for easy tracking of holidays and employee information. Overall it has completely replaced my spreadsheets and saved me a lot of time.

Cons

Some reports could use improvement and I feel like it would be much more efficient if the system could automatically determine whether an absence was paid based on the schemes.

The system is extremely user friendly and covers everything I need in an HR platform.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of anything that I would need thats not already available in this software.

Youmanage software keeps all the records I need in one place making it much quicker and easier to access employee details without having to sift through multiple files and folders.

Some of the checkboxes are quite small and can easily be overlooked.

It is fairly easy to use and there was not much need for training because it's so simple.

There is really nothing I can point to that I dislike about it.

The software offers plenty of features and makes HR management much simpler by consolidating everything into one platform.

Sometimes the functionality requires us to exit certain screens and restart processes but that's a minor issue!

I can store all holiday, sickness, timesheets and appraisal data in one place. I also like being able to send out important messages and track whos read them which saves on paper and ensures documents are securely stored. We can also customize absence reasons, recruitment, dismissal checklists and more to fit our business needs.

Cons

Setting up my team and the information I wanted to store was a little tricky at first. However since I set it up myself, a few quick calls to the team got everything ready to go.

Youmanage covers all the essential HR elements for our company. Overall it is very user friendly and simple to use.

Cons

There is not much we dislike about the system. The only challenge is allocating holidays for casual staff who don't have a set schedule which can be a bit complicated.

Pros

Honestly as a charity, the price was a big factor and it's very affordable. As we explored further we realized its functionality is comparable to much more expensive platforms. Our HR team who have used other systems are impressed by how much it streamlines our processes. It saves us hours each year especially with holiday calculations and the self-service feature is a huge time-saver.

Cons

I'd like tp have more options to format the forms to align with our existing documents. There is a cultural shift needed to get managers accustomed to using different formats which don't always seem to match the elements we have developed internally over time.
