“Excellent Platform for Team Culture

Pros

I really appreciate how clean and interactive the interface looks, plus the whole gamification approach with questionnaires makes everything feel engaging. It's very easy to use and honestly, seeing my company invest in this kind of employee wellbeing tool really builds my confidence in their commitment to us.

Cons

In smaller teams, it's tricky to tell if the anonymity features actually work. Like if I mark myself as anonymous but there's only three of us, my manager will probably figure out who wrote what easily. Especially when not everyone chooses to stay anonymous.
